Posted by: Devyl GyrlEvery now and then, I stumble across a person or blog that interests me. Sometimes, I jump in head first and stalk them until I know as much as possible about them (*ahem* You have all met my TwitterHubby, right? One day he will find himself married to me for real, and wonder what the hell happened. 
)
Sometimes, I bug the crap out of you with links to their blog (I would like to introduce you again to Veribatim, who runs Give Cheerfully). Sometimes, I go to their blogs daily (or as close as possible to daily) to read their posts (Not A Mean Girl, I Read Banned Books, Popping Bubbles, As Kat Knits, and Fear and Parenting in Las Vegas). Other times, though, I just bookmark the page in the hopes I will get back to dig a little deeper .
Here are a few of the blogs that fit into the latter category:
- Lunch Bag Art - a daddy who draws pictures on his kids’ lunch bags … and apparently whatever else he can find. I wish I had the creativity and talent to do something wonderful like this!
- Denver Cereal - My friend Claudia has a blog she keeps up, but then she has a special project, her Denver Cereal project. It is a novel … in a blog. Again … I wish I had the talent and dedication!! I beleive new chapters are posted on Saturdays.
- Jordan Matter Photography - In his introduction page, Mr. Matter tells you it is a good idea to cancel your day’s plans because you’ll be caught up in his pages. He is right. I have spent countless hours viewing photographs and reading the stories that go with them in his “Uncovered” section. His “Kitchen Sink” section has a multitude of photos, of every shape and size. The two pictures of Mrs. M bring tears to my eyes. What a beautiful story, so simply and concisely told. He has other sets of photographs, but those two are my favorites!
- Best Sex Bloggers - a collaborative effort (I am not sure exactly who owns it, or runs it, or even who contributes). I have seen tweets by a few of the contributers, so I believe I originally came across the page through one of the more “alternative” people I follow. Most of you who know me know that I have a wide variety of interests, tho I tend not to act on them. This blog will lead you through a variety of posts regarding a variety of topics, and you may just find something that captures your interest. I found Jordan Matter Photography through this blog.
